All covers are made to order and shipped from our EU warehouse. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days. We ship via UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD, and other courier services — you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases (excluding fabric samples, fabric by the meter, and custom-adjusted items). To initiate a return, contact us at info@comfortly.com and we'll provide a return label. The label fee is £20 for EU countries and £40 for non-EU countries, and this cost is deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (or a similarly sized box), neatly packed, clean, and undamaged. Once received at our warehouse, it takes 3–6 working days for a quality check to be completed.
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. To cancel, email us with your order number and we'll process the cancellation within 1–2 business days.
After 48 hours, your order will have entered production and a £20 cancellation fee per order will apply. For more information, please reach out to our support team.

I’m very happy with the new cover for my IKEA Vallentuna 3-sleeper sofa. I ordered the Panama cotton in “Fog” and love that the fabric is washable. Ordering was a breeze - customer service was responsive when I changed my mind mid-order. The covers arrived quickly and were easy to put on.

Die Bezüge von unserem IKEA-Valentuna-Familiensofa waren nach vielen Jahren leider durch. Das Sofa ansich ist aber noch tipptopp. Da Ikea das Sofa aus dem Sortiment genommen hat mußten wir uns überlegen, wie wir an neue Bezüge rankommen. Ausgiebige Internetrecherchen haben uns auf Comfortly gebracht. Insgesamt haben wir 2 mal kostenlose Stoffmuster bestellt, ehe wir uns festlegen konnten ( Heavy Duty cream ) und bestellt haben ( direkt nach der Bestellung wurden wir telefonisch kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir noch Fragen haben und alles vollständig ist) , natürlich mit einem leichten Gefühl der Unsicherheit, ob alles passt, ob auch wirklich alle Teile geliefert werden und ob es am Ende unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Nach ca 2 Wochen kam die Lieferung pünktlich und Vollständigkeit bei uns an. Die Bezüge sind wunderbar. Passform perfekt, Farbe perfekt und die Qualität der Nähte und Reißverschlüsse stehen dem Original in nichts nach. Es ist großartig, dass es solch eine Firma gibt, die sich dieser Aufgabe gewidmet hat und in solch guter Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit die Produkte herstellt und liefert, denn ansonsten hätten wir das gesamte Sofa durch ein anderes ersetzen müssen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Comfortly!
