Choosing

How do I find the right cover for my IKEA sofa?

There are a few ways to identify your sofa model and choose the right cover:

a. Check the underside of your sofa or the inside of your original IKEA cover — there should be a tag with the model name.

b. Compare your sofa's measurements to those listed in the product description.

c. Still not sure? Send us a photo of your sofa from a distance, with all pieces clearly visible, to info@comfortly.com — we'll help you identify the sofa model you have.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Our covers are not compatible with leather furniture.
  • If your sofa has a chaise, stand directly in front of it to determine which side cover you need — if the chaise is on your left, order the left side cover, and vice versa.
Which fabric is right for me?

Details about each fabric's qualities are available on our main page under the Fabrics section. You can also view the "Fabric Details" tab on any product page, located near the fabric color selection.

If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we're happy to help. We also strongly recommend ordering fabric samples first, as colors may look different on screen depending on your display settings.

How can I order fabric samples? 

We always recommend to order fabric samples before the purchase to be sure about your fabric/color choice. When ordering samples, you can choose from three delivery options:

  • Free — Shipped by Post (2–4 Weeks - Untracked)
  • Paid - Standard Delivery (5-7 Business Days - Tracked)
  • Paid - Priority Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
    The Priority Delivery fee is fully refunded on orders of £150+ placed within 30 days of your sample delivery.

Buying

Do I have to pay import fees or taxes?

Customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe Union will not be charged any additional taxes or customs fees. Customers from other regions or islands are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees under their country's regulations. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification.

Can I checkout without registering?

Yes, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account comes with a few benefits:

  • Faster checkout — your details are saved for future orders
  • Order tracking — easily track your order status in one place
  • Order history — view and manage all your past purchases
  • Easier returns — your order details are always on hand if you need to make a return
  • Exclusive offers — be the first to hear about discounts and promotions

Shipping

How much does the shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered to all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the EU, UK, USA, and Canada. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we may still be able to ship to your location — just reach out to us and we'll arrange a custom shipping option for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All covers are made to order and shipped from our EU warehouse. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. We ship via UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD, and other courier services — you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Can I return my item?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases (excluding fabric samples, fabric by the meter, and custom-adjusted items).

Items must be returned in the original packaging (or a similarly sized box), neatly packed, clean, and undamaged.

How can I return my item?

To initiate a return, contact us at info@comfortly.com and we'll provide a return label. The label fee is £20 for EU countries and £40 for non-EU countries, and this cost is deducted from the refund.

When will I receive refund for the returned item?

Once the package is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–6 working days for a quality check and refund to be processed.
