1. How do I find the right sofa model? 

You can always check your furniture cover's underside as it usually has a care label and a name tag. Other method would be by opening our sofa model list and checking for similarities (armrests, legs, pillows and etc). Also, you could send us a clear picture of your sofa, so that we could correctly name it.

2. How do I choose the right material?

It would be easier to decide on color first. Once you made your preferences you can read about the material below the product page. Also, you can find useful information on our journal page. If you can't decide on the material, you can always order up to 5 fabric samples of your choosing.

3. Can I order samples?

Yes, you can order up to 5 fabric samples of your choice. 

4. Do I have to pay for import fees and other taxes?

Yes, you would be responsible for the custom taxes and import fees depending on your countries regulations. If you are not sure about the regulations, you can always call your local customs office for more information.

5. How much does the shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered to all orders above 150 EUR or equivalent in other currencies. Free shipping is also included in free samples. On orders less than 150 EU shipment to EU countries cost 15 EUR, other countries 20 EUR.

6. How long does it take to receive my item?

As the orders are custom made and shipped from EU warehouse, it could take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the order. We send our packages with UPS and provide a tracking number.

7. Can I checkout without registering?

Yes, you can checkout as a guest, however, please note that by registering your information will be saved and you will access easier checkout. 

8. Can I return my item?

Yes, we provide 14 days policy to return your online purchased items.

9. How can I return my item?

Please contact us via email info@comfortly.com and we will generate you a return label. Print and place the label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest UPS Access point. Return costs €20 for EU customers and €40 for non EU customers.

10. When will I receive refund for the returned item?

In order to receive the refund, the item has to be new and undamaged. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods within a week. The refund will exclude shipping costs. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
