Shipping and Returns
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from us confirming the dispatch of your parcel.
You can cancel the order within 1-2 working days, later there is a 20 GBP fee for cancellation order.
Comfortly ships internationally, but please note that we are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO.
Free shipping is offered to all orders above 150 GBP or equivalent in other currencies.
On other orders cost can vary depending on the regions:
Shipment to EU countries 15 GBP.
Other countries 20 GBP.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days from the payment date, so they should reach you within three to four weeks.
All items are being sent Mon-Fri 9am-4pm via UPS Courier Service or local post service. It ensures your ability to track where the goods are from their dispatch from our office to the safe arrival right to your hands.
Sometimes additional charges may be applied from local customs office. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. When in doubt, write us an email or contact your local customs office for more information.
We provide 14 days policy to return your online purchased items.
If for some reason you decided to return our product, please write an email to email@example.com and we will generate you a label and return form. Once you filled in the form put it in the parcel, place the UPS label on your package and drop it off at the nearest UPS Access point. Return costs 20 GBP for EU customers and 40 GBP for non EU customers.
In order to receive the refund, item has to be new and undamaged. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods within a week. All shipping costs will be deducted from refund. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
All customers are welcome to use an alternative convenient shipping method for returns. All returns must be shipped to our production house in Lithuania:

COMFORTLY takes responsibility for an unlikely event of lost returned parcel if it's shipped using provided UPS label. If return parcel is shipped via other shipping method, the customer takes responsibility for its safe delivery and custom fees.
