Shipping and Returns
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from us confirming the dispatch of your parcel.
You can cancel the order within 1-2 working days, later there is a 20 GBP fee for order cancellation.
SHIPMENT
Comfortly ships internationally, but please note that we are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO.
Free worldwide shipping is offered to all orders.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days from the payment date, so they should reach you within four weeks to five weeks.
All items are being sent Mon-Fri 9am-4pm via UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD Courier Service or local post service. It ensures your ability to track where the goods are from their dispatch from our office to the safe arrival right to your hands.
SAMPLES PRIORITY SHIPPING REFUND
If you choose Priority Delivery for the samples, the shipping cost will be refunded with your cover order under the following conditions:
- Your order value is £150 or more
- The order is placed within 30 days of receiving your samples
Please note: In case of cover order cancellation, the sample shipping cost and the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. In the case of a return, the sample price and return shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
IMPORT DUTIES
Sometimes additional charges may be applied from local customs office. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. When in doubt, write us an email or contact your local customs office for more information.
No additional taxes will be charged for United Kingdom, United States, Canada and European Union.
RETURNS
We provide 14 days policy to return your online purchased items. The duration starts from the day you receive the parcel.
If for some reason you decided to return our product, please write an email to info@comfortly.com and we will generate you a label and return form. Once you filled in the form put it in the parcel, place the UPS label on your package and drop it off at the nearest UPS Access point. Return costs 20 GBP for EU customers and 40 GBP for non EU customers.
Please note that fabric samples, fabric sold per meter, and custom-made or adjusted items are not eligible for return.
In order to receive the refund, item has to be new and undamaged. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods within a week. All shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
All customers are welcome to use an alternative convenient shipping method for returns. All returns must be shipped to our production house in Lithuania:

COMFORTLY takes responsibility for an unlikely event of lost returned parcel if it's shipped using provided UPS label. If return parcel is shipped via other shipping method, the customer takes responsibility for its safe delivery and custom fees.

Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The products must have been used solely under normal conditions in a residential setting.

The products must have been cared for according to our recommendations. This includes washing at the recommended temperatures, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, and not using tumble dryers, bleach, stain removers, or similar substances.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear, including pilling over time.

Damage such as cuts, tears, or breakage resulting from improper use, accidents, or incorrect installation.

Fading, discoloration, or shrinkage due to lack of or incorrect care as outlined in the recommendations.

Fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight.
-
Repaired or replacement items for which the original warranty has already been claimed — these items are instead covered by the general right of complaint.
