How do I find the right cover for my IKEA sofa?
There are a few ways to identify your sofa model and the right cover:
a. Check the underside of your sofa or the inside of your original IKEA cover — there should be a tag with the model name.
b. Compare your sofa's measurements to those listed in the product description.
c. Still not sure? Send us a photo of your sofa from a distance, with all pieces clearly visible, to info@comfortly.com — we'll help you identify the sofa model you have.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Our covers are not compatible with leather furniture.
- If your sofa has a chaise, stand directly in front of it to determine which side cover you need — if the chaise is on your left, order the left side cover, and vice versa.
Which fabric is right for me?
Details about each fabric's qualities are available on our main page under the Fabrics section. You can also view the "Fabric Details" tab on any product page, located near the fabric color selection.
If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we're happy to help. We also strongly recommend ordering fabric samples first, as colors may look different on screen depending on your display settings.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the EU, UK, USA, and Canada. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we may still be able to ship to your location — just reach out to us and we'll arrange a custom shipping option for you.
How can I order fabric samples?
We always recommend to order fabric samples before the purchase to be sure about your fabric/color choice. When ordering samples, you can choose from three delivery options:
- Free — Shipped by Post (2–4 Weeks - Untracked)
- Paid - Standard Delivery (5-7 Business Days - Tracked)
- Paid - Priority Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
The Priority Delivery fee is fully refunded on orders of £150+ placed within 30 days of your sample delivery.
Do I have to pay import fees or taxes?
Customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe Union will not be charged any additional taxes or customs fees. Customers from other regions or islands are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees under their country's regulations. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All covers are made to order and shipped from our EU warehouse. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days. We ship via UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD, and other courier services — you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return my item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases (excluding fabric samples, fabric by the meter, and custom-adjusted items). To initiate a return, contact us at info@comfortly.com and we'll provide a return label. The label fee is £20 for EU countries and £40 for non-EU countries, and this cost is deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (or a similarly sized box), neatly packed, clean, and undamaged. Once received at our warehouse, it takes 3–6 working days for a quality check to be completed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. To cancel, email us with your order number and we'll process the cancellation within 1–2 business days.
After 48 hours, your order will have entered production and a £20 cancellation fee per order will apply. For more information, please reach out to our support team info@comfortly.com.

Wir hatten uns, für unser Sofa Nockeby 3, für den Bezug Aurora-Mink entschieden und sind rundum zu frieden mit der Wahl und der gelieferten Qualität. Unser Sofa sieht jetzt wieder aus wie neu, als wurde es gerade geliefert. Ich muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass die Sitzkissen von einer Polsterei neu angefertigt wurden. Von der Bestellabwicklung über Kontakt, bis zur Lieferung der Bezüge, verlief alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Würden wir Comfortly empfehlen? Ja, auf jeden Fall!!! Wir werden im Februar, nächsten Jahres, uns eine zweite Garnitur für den Wechsel bestellen.
Absolutely perfect — better than the original! I couldn’t be happier with this sofa cover. The color is exactly what I wanted — light and elegant, yet incredibly practical. It shows no spots or discoloration at all. I accidentally spilled some drinks on it the first week, washed it right away, and it came out looking completely new — dried fast, no shrinkage, no fading. I have four cats who’ve all “tested” it with their claws, and it still looks flawless. The fabric just doesn’t tear! It’s soft to the touch, comfortable to sit and even sleep on, with no static or that synthetic feel some fabrics have. And the fit? Even better than the original IKEA cover — smooth, tailored, perfect. Honestly, this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Llevamos un mes con las fundas y de momento resisten a algún que otro arañazo! También es agradable al tacto y no tiene ningún olor! Fantastic sofa covers, bought the 2 and 3 seater Nockeby covers in Aurora/Mink. Wanted to anti-snag and anti-spill covers but found the brown options a bit too dark as we have light haired fluffy cats, however we are about 2 months in with no snags and our 1 year old has spilt plenty on the sofas which just runs off - 10/10 will definitely be buying again!

Wir haben uns neue Bezüge für unser Nockeby Sofa ausgesucht und wir müssen sagen, wir sind mehr als nur beeindruckt. Die Bezüge passen besser, als die Originalen von Ikea. Wir überlegen schon, ob wir uns noch einen Bezug in einer anderen Farbe zu kaufen, um spontan ein "neues" Sofa im Wohnzimmer stehen zu haben. Der Stoff ist weich und trotzdem fest und er riecht nicht unangenehm. Ich habe ihn noch nicht gewaschen, daher kann ich noch nichts sagen, wie der Stoff sich danach verhält. Für uns eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.
Absolutely love my new covers. Bought my sofa 2nd hand for £90 and these covers have made it feel like I've got a brand new sofa for under £350! The quality is excellent, can't fault it and the delivery time was as stated. If I'm requiring new covers again I would 100% go to this company again.
