We always recommend to order fabric samples before the purchase to be sure about your fabric/color choice. When ordering samples, you can choose from three delivery options:

Customers from other regions or islands are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees under their country's regulations. All covers are made to order and shipped from our EU warehouse. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days. We ship via UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD, and other courier services — you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases (excluding fabric samples, fabric by the meter, and custom-adjusted items). To initiate a return, contact us at info@comfortly.com and we'll provide a return label. The label fee is £20 for EU countries and £40 for non-EU countries, and this cost is deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (or a similarly sized box), neatly packed, clean, and undamaged. Once received at our warehouse, it takes 3–6 working days for a quality check to be completed.
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. To cancel, email us with your order number and we'll process the cancellation within 1–2 business days.

Un peu d'inquiétude pour la livraison (suivi de livraison internationale pas très clair et délais longs).
