Fabric Description
One of the best performing fabrics in our collection. Heavy Duty is thick, durable and machine washable. It's constructed of larger threads so fur and stains are less visible. Fabric Heavy Duty would not be suitable for households with cats - because of the texture the threads could be easily pulled out by sharp nails.

You can always check your furniture cover's underside as it usually has a care label and a name tag.
Other method would be by opening our sofa model list and checking for similarities (armrests, legs, pillows and etc). Also, you could send us a clear picture of your sofa, so that we could correctly name it.
You can read about each fabric's qualities on our main page or in each "Fabric Detail" section. You can also contact us before the purchase, and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
We recommend ordering fabric samples, as the colors may differ on-screen due to different screen configurations.
For the UK, USA, CA, and EU, there will be no additional taxes or custom charges after purchase.
Customers from other regions and islands will be responsible for the customs taxes and import fees depending on your country's regulations.
If you are not sure about the regulations, you can always call your local customs office for more information.
Orders are custom-made and shipped from the EU warehouse.
Production takes about 2-4 weeks (may take longer during November and December).
Delivery after production usually takes about 3-5 working days.
Free shipping is offered to all orders above 150 GBP or equivalent in other currencies.
Free shipping is also included in free samples.
On orders less than 150 GBP shipment to EU countries cost 15 GBP, other countries 20 GBP.
Yes, we provide a 14-day policy to return your online purchased items (except for samples, fabric per meter, and custom-adjusted items).
You can contact us via email at info@comfortly.com, and we will generate a return label for you.
The label costs £20 for EU countries and £40 for non-EU countries. The return cost is deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in the original box (or a smaller one if possible), neatly packaged, clean, and undamaged. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, it may take 3-6 working days for a quality checkup.
