For UK, USA, CA and EU there will be no additional taxes or custom charges after purchase.
Customers from other regions will be responsible for the custom taxes and import fees depending on your countries regulations. If you are not sure about the regulations, you can always call your local customs office for more information.
Free shipping is offered to all orders above 150 GBP or equivalent in other currencies.
Free shipping is also included in free samples.
On orders less than 150 GBP shipment to GBP countries cost 15 GBP, other countries 20 GBP.
As the orders are custom made and shipped from EU warehouse, it could take up to 4-5 weeks to receive the order. We send our packages with UPS and provide a tracking number.

Yes, we provide 14 days policy to return your online purchased items.
Please contact us via email info@comfortly.com and we will generate you a return label.
Print and place the label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest UPS Access point.
Return costs GBP 20 for EU customers and GBP 40 for non EU customers.
In order to receive the refund, the item has to be new and undamaged.
If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods within a week.
The refund will exclude shipping costs. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
